Singapore Service Class (S-Class) Launched in 2003 by SPRING Singapore, Singapore Service Class (S-Class) is the certification for the business excellence niche standard for service. The niche standard enables organizations to develop their service capabilities to enhance service leadership, service agility, customer delight and customer experience. Based on the business excellence framework, it covers six categories namely, Leadership, Planning, Information, People, Customer and Results.Under one of its retail brand Lumiere, Light Image is proud to receive this accreditation in 2006.
Excellent Service Award
