2 Year Warranty Programme

To render value-added service to its clientele, Light Image offers a holistic 2 year warranty programme, which entails the complimentary replacement of defective products due to manufacturing defects and 'wear and tear'. On-site service support is also included in this programme.

Terms & conditions

• Light image will provide complimentary on-site replacement of defective products due to manufacturing defects and 'wear and tear'.
• Light Image will attend to service requests within the next working day.
• Service hours will be from Mon to Sat, 9am – 7.30pm.
• Light Image will accept last service call at 7.30pm.
• The warranty period will commence from the date of delivery, collection or installation (where applicable).
• In order to qualify for this warranty programme, customers are required to purchase LED down lights for the entire house.
• On-site servicing is applicable to lighting fixtures installed below 10 feet only.
